it used to be 16. and i was so excited to get my very first tat in just ONE year. and now its ruined :[ oh and if someone can answer this question.my 7th grade science teacher said someplace on the female body before you get pregnant or whatever i think lower back, that it could effect the preganancy when you do get pregnant . is this true?
