is it against the law to not use a clamp when doing body piercings, like the belly button or nipple?
Wednesday, November 23rd, 2011my friend and i got piercings at the beach, she got a belly button and i got nipples. strangely, the piercer didnt use a clamp. everything else was legit, he used gloves, opened all the packages in front of us and it was all sterile and unused. we just thought it was weird he didnt use clamps and friend of ours thought it was illegal to not use a clamp, does anyone know?
