I don’t want “i think theyre trashy” as an answer. I’d like to understand why people think that and why the hell do people think that they can judge others and put them in that stereotype just because of a piercing. Opinions? And, no. I don’t have any piercings, but I want to get one.

I’m planning to get some of them myself, and most people I’ve told have been against the whole idea. Why are people so against Tattoos and piercings in this day and age? I plan to have a job in the field, and it’s going to be strange to have family against it

This isn’t intended to be a rude question – so please don’t be insulted. I don’t have any piercings myself. I’m just curious about this for some reason. A random thought – nothing more. Has anyone with body piercings ever had an awkward experience in an airport where you had to remove your piercings?

For example, A religious Christian girl wears a bikini at the beach but she is modest when she goes to the church. In the Church i am sure it is not allowed and it is considered inappropriate.Then, a religious Muslim never wears a bikini. But i don’t get it though cause both religions teaches modesty. Islam is more modest cause they are more covered usually.Still , it doesn’t make since to me. I mean, i see so many Christians like this and i don’t get it.
